Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging and hygiene seal in tact.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. This return costs must be covered by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds and Returns are not accepted on promotional offers/ discounts.

Select the item you are returning and the reason for return.
Next you can select a refund to original payment method / exchange / credit.
Take note of the return address, and return your order to us, please note we do not offer free returns and returns are covered by the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not offer a money-back guarantee on any allergic reactions. Like with any other cosmetic product some users can be sensitive or allergic to one or more ingredients. If you have sensitive skin please advise your dermatologist first before making any purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your choice of payment method within 10 business days for the products returned. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
