MAY BANK HOLIDAYS: Please note we do not dispatch any orders on Bank Holidays,  your order will be dispatched with your chosen service on the next working day.

ByBabes offers FREE standard 4-5 day delivery for all orders over £36.99 made in the UK. 

All orders made Monday-Friday qualify for next day delivery as long as the order is made before 2pm, we do not dispatch orders over the weekend, Excludes Bank Holidays. 

 

Ireland- Next day delivery order before 11am - please note this is not a guaranteed service and we dispatch Monday-Friday. 

Due to ongoing airspace restrictions, we have adjusted our shipping services to the Middle East effective immediately.

Service Status by Destination

Suspended: Bahrain (BH), Iran (IR), Iraq (IQ), and Kuwait (KW). * We cannot accept new shipments to these locations at this time.

Active with Delays: Qatar (QA), Oman (OM), Saudi Arabia (SA), and Jordan (JO). * Expect extended transit times due to limited flight frequency and reduced capacity.

All orders under €150 (or your currency equivalent)  (including shipping cost) going to the EU will not be subject to charges on arrival to destination country. Your local tax will be paid at the point of sale on this website to give you a better delivery experience. Please note we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by customs.

 

  1. Shipping & Delivery
    1.1.
    Accuracy of Shipping Information

    The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including the correct recipient name, address, and contact details.
    1.2. Undeliverable Packages
    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, or refusal by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for the following:
     * Redelivery Fee:
    The customer will be charged a redelivery fee to cover the cost of reshipping the package to the correct address. The amount of the redelivery fee will be £4.99 if in the UK.
     * Original Shipping Cost:
    The customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, depending on the reason for the return.
    1.3. Address Changes
    If the customer needs to change the shipping address after placing an order, they must notify us immediately by contacting our customer service. We will make every effort to update the shipping address, but we cannot guarantee that the change will be made in time to prevent the package from being shipped to the original address.
  2. Returns 
    2.1.
    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, we will not issue a refund for the original shipping cost unless the return was due to our error.
    2.2.
    Customers will be responsible for returning any unused orders within 30 days from receiving the parcel, with chosen courier -pease note we do not offer free returns.
